Ragan; kind and gentle, small ears, large muzzle and soft brown eyes peeking through the forrest of hairs that make up her forelock and mane. Although she can be stubborn or maybe even grouchy at times, Ragan has a patient and willing heart that has carried her through years of therapy work, and lessons, camps and just about everything that goes on at the ranch! She has made so many friends big and small, and will continue to do for as long as she lives.

I have always been mesmerized by the the warmth and gentleness of the morning sun even when it's competing with the cold frosty air of winter, for it seems that the colder the morning, the more glorious the rays of light appear to be! Slowing they reach over the frozen ground chasing the dark shadows that flee from their sight. It is not called Golden Hour for nothing for I have never seen God’s creation so beautifully clothed in light as it is during that hour.

“For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning!”

Psalm 30:5

Think of the Joy that comes on Christmas morning, for the weeping and sorrows of the world unfold into glorious shouts of joy proclaiming the coming of the Son of God, testifying of the Love of our Father. For He would humble himself, leaving His throne of glory in the heavens to step into our world, so that he could stretch out His hand to the earth not in judgment and anger but with love and mercy.

“For God who said, ‘light shall shine out of darkness,’ is the One who has shone into our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.” 2 For. 4:6
